0-90 minites  odds ratio for favorable outcome at 3 months based on 4 point decline of NIHSS is 2.11

90-180 minutes-- odds ratio is 1.69

 

In NINDS trials, poor outcomes as defined by MRS >3 at 24 hours were predicted by NIHSS>22
